Back at it........

So I have devoted part of this weekend to research recipes and set up a workout schedule. I am starting tomorrow toward my new lifestyle. I have until September to get my cholesterol down before my doctor puts me on medication (which I DO NOT want to do). I just made soup and salads for my lunches this week, which I have never done before - as far as planning ahead! :)

I still need to firm up my exercise calendar, but I am eager to do this and make myself healthier. At this point I don't even care what the scale says, I just want to have energy and feel happy.
