7/22 - Yippee I did it! - AM entry

I am going to try to blog twice a day - once after my morning workout and once at the end of the day - after all of my food is consumed.
I asked DH to make sure I was up at 5 this morning so I could exercise before work. He did and I did! ;) I did the Sparkpeople: CardioBlast Walk it Out DVD. It was about 13 minutes with the warm up and cool down. I plan to walk at lunch with a co-worker to get another 1/2 hour or so in! :)
I have tracked the food I know I am going to eat today - which is a good start. It really helped to take the time yesterday and cook for my lunches! I am hoping to get to a point where my dinners are planned ahead also - which I find HARD because my DH and DS are both "bean poles" LOL!! :)
