Guilty of starting something and not following thru... That's me in a nutshell. ;) I'm glad that SP is here for when I do want to try and be good. I was hoping that being consistently good would be easier with a traditional office schedule. It CAN be easier, I just need to take the steps to be a little more ridged and prepared with the items I bring to snack on/have for lunch. A few weeks ago, I started getting a few ladies together to go once a week to Zumba classes. I hope to up it two twice a week, but honestly I am finding it hard to make time for one night a week to go work out. Hopefully life will settle a little bit for me and I can find a routine and still balance work, outside projects, art, friends and boys. Lol. So far I have done great today with my foods and I am off to Aqua Zumba tonight. :) I am going to be 30 in November and I would lke to have met at least SOME of my goal.

    have fun at aqua zumba. I know how it is to be busy. Can you try to get a walk in at lunch as well. Or even during your break go up and down the stairs. Looks like you are doing great though.
