my rating with food?

I'd have to say.... a 5. I want to say a 7, but I know my portions are not what they should be sometimes and once in awhile I still eat crap I don't track and I'm just not 100% real with how I should be. I know this, I know I need to be better, but I'm addicted to food. I love food, I love to cook it, share it, eat it, have others tell me how good of a cook I am. But like last night for dinner, we had fantastic tuna burgers and half my plate was covered in healthy salad and I had a bunch of blueberries too.
Overall this month I lost 8.8 lbs. I could have lost more but I had a bad week and I didn't do what I needed to.
The funny thing is this week wasn't much better but I managed to lose .6? I have barely moved this week, sleeping a lot and fighting off a headache 4 of the past 7 days. I need to improve this and I know it, but I'm just SO tired and some days my head hurts SO bad. UGH!!!! a 5 on this food rating really isn't acceptable so I'm going to change that!
