what i have been up to

sorry for not making a blog before now. i am bad for not remembering to make a blog. i have been going to the gym and when i cant go to the gym i do some small work outs at home. i have gotten my child doing yoga. i am able to run 1km with no problems so i am happy about that. my child and i go on 6km bike rides at a time. so i am doing really good.
