Got My Swag Back!

This week I have been working hard to get my swag back! I starting over and you know what it feels so damn good. Taking control of my life feels good again. This week I have challenged myself to the 100 Squat Challenge and I already feel and see results. Tracking my food and being great! At the start of the week I weighed 196 but that's ok because I got my swag back. Today I started a routine my twin sister shared with me:
Do 3 sets of: 10 Push ups, 20 Sit Ups, 25 Squats, 20 Lunges (10 per leg) and 80 Jumping Jacks. I am really feeling it because my goal is to lose 40 pounds and I know I can.
