Before there were DVDs or VHS tapes, there was her book. I owned it ! I believe I was in high school when it came out. I might even still have it kicking around the house, some where.
I kinda sort worked, but honestly... what really worked for me was strength training. That's if you're looking to lift your tushie. When her book came out, that was the whole point of the program i.e. to firm and tighten the tush. Don't know if the DVD is any different from the book. The book wasn't bad, but really changed my body was strength training. lifting weight. body weight exercises. resistance bands. etc.
