The Right Message at the Right Time

I must confess I am not a Social Networking Fan. I don't Facebook, I don't Tweet, but I do like to Spark. I wondered to myself what was the difference. I think it's because I am with those that share my struggle. It's a very specific struggle, that not everyone can relate to, but my fellow sparkers seem to. Yesterday I logged on and read a blog post that just inspired me, it was like someone slipped inside my head, read my private thoughts and then wrote them up in a blog.
Those shared experiences and struggles is what keeps me going. It's the success stories, the frustrations, the shear overwhelming feeling of this is impossible. The don't just tell me but show me, that I can lose 100 lbs. I can be healthy. It's the receipes that say try this.
It's that feeling that says, no matter how bad I think it is. We believe in you, and you can do this don't give up.
So today I am inspired and thankful to all of my fellow sparkers that share their very personal experiences and struggles, and just the willingness to say we can do this together.
Today, I have prepared my food for the day, and I have tracked my food that is my success for today.
