Week 1 focus

The BLC has FINALLY opened!
Week One - Decide and Blog about it .... What is your Goal and Your Reward for meeting your goal this round????
I have a few goals for this round. I started a few during BLC training (since I sat out a couple rounds)
~Lose 8 pounds by Dec. 12
~Work to do a full pushup. (I can't do that now)
~Work to do a full plank for 3 min.
~Get down to a 12 min mile.
~Be able to make it through level 1 of the 30 day shred without stopping.
Choose a Goal and a Reward
And Set steps/commitments for the week. (Ex's might include: 10 cups water daily, 5 hours cardio weekly, etc.) What will you commit to this week to help you reach your goal?
~ Get back to measuring lunch foods and pre-packing them on the weekend.
~ I also need to walk the cat several times a week. He's kind of chunky.
~Drinking water. I need to drink twice what I drink now.
~I'm planning 12 workouts a week (morning and evening). I know I won't be able to meet them all, and I may even need to adjust my schedule, but i'm being optimistic.
~30 DS 6 days a week.
~Running in the next few weeks. Need to build up endurance first.
Reward for 8 pounds? 2 workout DVD's, and sewing time!
