Happy Born Day to hubby and Happy 18th Anniversary! How Beautiful! We Celebrate Marriage! Take it easy with that back. Makes me think about my sister. She just had back surgery and it's no fun. But she's doing better!

Sending wishes for very fast healing! There is nothing worse than back pain so I hope it feels better soon and what a wonderful husband to run out in the middle of the night to get you some pain meds!
Congrats on your 18th wedding anniversary and wishes for many many more happy years together! emoticon emoticon

Sorry to hear about your injured back. Hope that heals for you soon! Remember not to baby it too much - some light activity is usually in order (ie walking, regular daily activity, not hard exercise).

    Congrats on 18 years!

Nothing worse than back pain. Take it easy and get well soon. I don't think your drugs are called the same names in the U.S. as in Canada. But in Canada we have something called Robaxacet Platinum that back sufferers say really helps.

I love the U.S. Olive Garden. Even if we have them in Canada they are never the same. At least I found that with Applebee's. The cool thing about Olive Garden is they now have a healthy menu. I usually get their salmon but I splurged the other weekend and had this creamy ravioli dish. Yum! Anyhow, we take a 2 hour drive up from Canada crossing the border and all to hit the Olive Garden near the Seattle Premium Outlets. Fantastic prices on stuff particularly compared with Canada.

Happy Birthday to that sweet hubby of yours! Congrats on 18 years and many more years of happiness to both of you. My hubby and I will be on a river cruise in Europe on our 30th anniversary. I think we will be in Nuremburg. Known for Nazi trials so don't know about the romance aspect but we will make it work! Have a wonderful celebration tonight! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'd give yourself a little more time to let your back heal before trying to work out again. I understand wanting to keep up the momentum but you don't want to make your back worse either. In fact, a visit to the chiropractor or your family physician might be a good idea. The last thing you want is a chronic back injury!

Take care and get well soon!
