12 week plan for success

Well, since I already know how I am, the best way for me to be successful is take it one day at a time. sometimes when I pre plan too far in advance I freak out for some reason and quit.(havent figured out why I do that)
all I know is I have to drink lots of fluids I was doing so well with my water intake and then I just stopped. I have to drink a minimum of 8-9 glasses a day.
with my injury im limited on some of the harder strength training exercises I used to do but I can substitute other things.
I want to get back in the habit of getting on the treadmill every morning and walking every day at lunch as long as the weather is cooperating.
I also want to continue our family weekend bike rides for as long as possible. its great exercise and family bonding time as well.
as far as food options i have been buying more fruits and veggies and leaving them out and visible so I choose them instead of junk food. also i will take left overs and buy food to leave at work so I have healthy choices while at work. its so easy to make bad choices at work when everyone goes to eat out. If I have healthy food there I wont be tempted.
and the most important plan for myself is positive thinking!!!!!
I am so hard on myself. I just have to keep thinking good thoughts and telling myself I can do it and I will!!!
