This year has been so frustrating. I feel like everytime I turn around I'm starting over with working out and eating right. I'm back up to 190 and need to lose the weight once and for all. I've been playing the blame game and blaming my injured knee and my dad passing for my weight gain. It's time to stop, take ownership and drop it all.
Especially since I recently switched leagues and we are going WFTDA. If I want to be on the WFTDA bouting league I need to be in prime shape.
Also because of recent stomach issues I have gone gluten free! It's not as hard as I thought.
Anyway, please help me stay on track this time around. This yoyo needs to end.
