Day 4, 5, 6, & 7 Updates

Monday's Goals:
-Complete ChaLEAN Extreme workouts emoticon (3/5 for the week)
-Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon

I had two ChaLEAN workouts to complete on Monday. I had to stop with 16 minutes left on the first workout to dinner. Then I had to help take care of dinner and by the time that was over I had to go pick up my brother from college. But you know what? I came home and finished my workout. And it felt great!

Tuesday's original Goals:
-Complete ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 3
-Drink 8 glasses of water

Unfortunately, Tuesday was absolutely crazy and I had so much homework to get done before Wednesday that I knew there was no way I was going to have time to fit in a 40 minute ChaLEAN workout. So I revised my goals. I figured I'd just adjust my schedule slightly and use Tuesday as my second bonus cardio day. While I'd like to get 30 minutes of cardio in, I knew that wasn't going to happen. So instead I decided to do one mile (12 minutes) of the Walk at Home: 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk DVD.

Tuesday's revised Goals:
-Complete cardio workout emoticon (2/2 for the week)
-Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon

It felt good not to ruin my streak even though I didn't have a whole lot of time.

Wednesday's Goals:
-ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 3
-Drink 8 glasses of water
-Fast emoticon

Unfortunately, the only goal I met was fasting. I got a terrible headache during my first class yesterday and it just progressively got worse. After sitting through my second class it was bothering me so bad I just wanted to hold my head. And then I had to drive an hour and a half home. The headlights were killing me. I seriously felt like I was going to throw up. I came home and took medicine and went straight to bed. I only got in 7 glasses of water. I was so close and I could have drank the other glass on the way home, but I was so worried about getting sick that I just couldn't risk it. Oh well. It wasn't a complete waste of a day. I did have a successful fast and I got most of my water in.

Today's Goals:
-Complete ChaLEAN Extreme Burn Circuit 2 emoticon (4/5 for the week)
-Complete ChaLEAN Extreme Burn it off & Recharge emoticon (5/5 for the week)
-Drink 8 glasses of water emoticon

I got up first thing this morning and worked out. I caught up on the workout I missed yesterday and did the workouts I was supposed to get in today. After an hour and a half of working out I felt great. And the shower afterwards felt amazing!

Here's a look at my goals for the week:
- Complete 5 days of ChaLEAN Extreme emoticon
- Add 2 bonus cardio workouts emoticon
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day emoticon (6/7 days)
- Fasting 2 times emoticon

I did awesome on my goals this week. And even though I didn't workout every day, a 5 day streak is still pretty awesome for me. I gave myself two stickers today since I did two days worth of workouts. Next weeks goals will be the same. I can't wait to see what my official weigh in is tomorrow.

    emoticon I like that you adjust your goals around your schedule. You're still achieving them, just not on the days that you had planned...which still works. You're doing great. emoticon
