I have done a good job of working out everyday last week. I took today off other than walking our dog for an hour this morning and an hour this evening. I have trouble taking time off from working out sometimes. Does anyone else feel guilty for not working out on a rest day? I know my body needed it. I even took a Sunday afternoon nap. It was a nice Sunday despite the guilt of not working out.
