I posted on Facebook, but wanted to share with you all as well. As some of you know I'm tackling with Achilles Tendonites in my left foot and I haven't been able to any miles or workout like I had since the end of June. Last month I started walking miles and doing easy workouts. My Achilles has been feeling so much better, so this week I started jogging. Monday I walked/jogged a mile and today I walked/jogged 2 miles. Achilles is holding up and I thank the power of prayer for my healing. God is so GREAT!! It's taken time and patience to get me to this point. I'm excited and motivated I signed up to do a 5k in November!!
