4 weeks gluten free!

As of this Friday I will be 4 weeks gluten free. It turns out that I have Celiac Disease. I'm super happy that it was diagnosed and am feeling the effects of my body eating food that it's not trying to reject.
Added bonus; I'm down 10lbs without changing my caloric intake and exercise habits. Happy times!
Today was also my first day back at the gym in almost a year. I hate to admit that, but it's true.
Anyway, Yay for going back to the gym! Yay for not eating gluten! Yay for losing 10lbs! Woot!
