I'm giving my self a little pep talk today. I need to get started, find a routine and stick with it. Everybody in this household has been busy doing their own thing. Frank has lost weight and lets me know daily....I think he's trying to help me get motivated or maybe just very happy with himself. I do not like the fact that he weighs just a little bit less than me....
So, do something about it I say. The alarm will go off at 5:00 am (as it does every workday) but tomorrow I WILL NOT hit the snooze button multiple times. I WILL GET OUT OF BED and grab water from the fridge and immediately get on the treadmill. The downstairs tenants (children) will just have to deal with an early wakeup and not give their mother the stink eye.
So pay attention me and work on these goals for a start.
Goals will added in time and you will be responsible to yourself to lead a healthier lifestyle
1. I want to get into a routine of an early am workout.
2. Visit Spark People daily and log in my daily food and activity
3. Be more aware of water intake
4. Seriously think about my sugar intake (mountain dew) and monitor so it doesn't exist in my daily life
