A rough Week

Well last week was not very good for me :( I was stuck wearing my glasses all week- and I am still wearing them. I hate them and they make me feel funny but my eye is not healing well so I have to do what I have to do. Last week it kept me from going to the gym and made me a little depressed and I fell into the food trap. Needless to say my weight is back up but I am not going to let it stay there. I got up this morning and I went to the gym- in my glasses- even though it was a pain in the butt- I did it and I survived. I am re-evaluating some goals today and trying to tweak my plan to help me achieve success. I am doing some reading a research and trying to find what is going to work. I did order some new supplements from Advocare- that I really like so far and I hope that I will have results with those. I also made all of my meals from now until Saturday and they are ready to go in my fridge- I think that will help me with tracking too so that I can stay consistent. My goal this week is to burn 1000 calories each day to have a 2 pound loss- I am actually hoping for more because I think that a lot of what I gained is just water being retained But I am not going to push myself- if I cant get to the gm or if it doesn't work out then all I can do is my best. I am working on getting down to 152 by January first- that way I don't have to set a new years resolution but we will see. I have noticed that most of my winter clothes are a size smaller and it is beginning to get a little chilly so that might motivate me to drop a few extra pounds so I can wear them :) I hope the rest of the week continues to go well and I hope to be on here more often and to hear good things from everyone.
