Yes, I've committed the unforgivable sin but have forgiven myself - I've regained most of the weight (but not all!!). However, I've come away learning a lot about myself and my journey. First, I've learned that this is not something that you can just expect to maintain itself. You must stay on top of it, otherwise, it can get away from you, and FAST!.. Secondly, I've learned that weight training REALLY helps! Even though I've regained a lot of weight, I have transformed my body so that even with the weight, I still look relatively toned and in good health; a far cry from where I was 5 or so years ago! Third, I've learned that I can love myself at any weight, and others can still love me too - this is something that I did not realize at the beginning of my journey. I'm ready! I'm committed! I will take what I've learned and build the best ME possible! And no matter what, it's never too late to dust yourself off and try again!

Regaining lost weight happens to a lot of us, so don't feel bad, we all understand where you're coming from. But I know with your determination, you'll be able to lose it and keep it off for good! I hope your (weight loss) journey goes well!

You didn't do anything different than any of the rest of us, we've all stumbled on our trail and had to pick ourselves up and go on,

If one does not recognize the problem, a solution is impossible. You are on your way to a the solution.
