November 1 Skinny Jeans Challenge.

Today I joined Ready Set Spark team and the Skinny Jeans Challenge for the month of November. I was wondering how to target my belly and thighs more in workouts. These workouts are in addition to other cardio exercises. There were 4 exercises to work on your butt today for day 1. I will be feeling it for sure tomorrow. Excited about adding these to my workouts.
