Thank you all for the support I needed it! My hubby also made me feel good today by giving me a full body massage and reading love poems to me. I thank God daily for friends like you.

You are greater than this mindset you have. 20#s does not change the beauty that is within you and who God created you to be. Sure you're unhappy with the extra baggage but you know you're capable of getting it off of you. I pray that your mindset is renewed and you see yourself as the overcomer that you are. Dump the self pity, self loathing and take up your armour and fight back. You are greater than this. I'm sure your hubby and family see the love that you have inside. So let take hold of what matter of perserverance you have left and get to it. Not Monday, but today, right now. Do ONE thing positive today that will kickstart your journey. Drink more water, take a 10-15 minute walk, eat a healthy meal. One step can lead to 1# loss and that can lead to 20

Being heavier doesn't mean you are a failure, just that you don't want it as much as you think you do, and there is no crime in that. It isn't a character flaw. How much do you want to lose weight? If you want that as much as you want the donut, then you will accomplish the task. I hate the word "success" in terms of weight control. It's really the "desire" and there is no success or failure attached to it.

I agree! You can do this! You just need to get yourself back in the right mindset. There are always going to be ups and downs, the key is to pick yourself back up and try again.

I pray God grant you strength, wisdom and guidance during this journey. There's going to be ups and downs, but you can get through this. Keep pushing and keep moving forward. When you fall down, get back up and shake it off.
