So 2 weeks ago I came back to Spark. I have been following the Alternate Day Diet again. Woke up on Nov. 3th and something just told me "alternate day". I had been struggling to get my eating under control lately and getting pretty upset with myself. I have used Alternate Day before with much success. I had also started reading more about it lately.
So, on Monday 11/4 was my first DD. Right now I use M,W,F as down days and T,Th,Sa as updays. Sunday is a"medium day". In 2 weeks I have so far lost 8 pounds, though the official weigh in day is the 18th. I am very happy and now I truly feel in control of what I eat. I don't know what made me wake up and come back to Alternate Day Diet but I sure am glad I did. My ulitmate goal is 15-18 pounds.
