December Goals

Wow! Here we are, December 2013.

Goals for the month:

Reach 149 lbs by NYE (right now I'm at 165) I realize that's 16 lbs in a month and 1-2 lbs a day is healthy but with so much excess weight on my small frame, I think it's definitely possible and I won't have to starve myself to reach that goal.
Go from a size 14 to a size 8
Work out EVERY weekday (NO EXCUSES) for at least 30 minutes
Start EVERY morning with a berry spinach protein shake
Lunch will be a soup and a salad with lean protein
Dinner will be lean protein, a veggie and a complex carb

I was really bad over the Thanksgiving holiday but I'm back on board today starting with a banana, strawberry, spinach vanilla protein shake and all of my vitamins. Even though I'm going to make Sundays my "rest" days, I plan to get in the gym today just to offset the damage I did over the weekend.

Alright...let's start this month off right and end this year stronger than it started!
