need to get back on track

Its been a lovely 4 months since I really paid attention to being really healthy. I haven't gain any weight but I for sure haven't lost a pound. I feel like I can do it now. So here I go. Blessings to all who struggle with being healthy as well.

    It's great that you didn't gain any weight. I think I may have - I'm afraid to weigh myself. Time for me to get back on the bandwagon.

    I determined that I would get through the CHRISTmas season without any gain in weight & hopefully with a loss of at least a couple of pounds. A first, for this gal, on both accounts! I started following my program very closely the week before Thanksgiving. That was in order to give myself a running start on December & all the food related happenings during the month. So far I am doing super well --- yes, a bit of polish on my halo would be in order! emoticon

    Just think how great it will feel come January 1st, 2014 to know that we have made great choices all through a normally very difficult time of year --- that is concerning dealing with food intake issues!

    I encourage you on your new start! This time of year, we either watch it melt off or watch it bulge out!
