I've fallen and I can't get up

Wow, I am so off the wagon it is pitiful. I feel lost and totally off track. I am not sure what happened. I got injured in September and that is where it began. Then I just kept getting farther and farther away from my healthy lifestyle. I weighed myself and can't believe I have gained back half of what I lost.

I really need to find my way back to a better place.

This is my first step.

    i saw this blog when i was posting a happy birthday comment. i am concerned since it was the last blog you wrote. i can only assume things haven't gotten better for you. i sure hope i am wrong! the holidays are tough. i hope you find your way back here and to your healthy lifestyle. maybe all the birthday wishes will rekindle your spark and you'll come back to this great place and give it another shot. you can do it!

    I know how it feels when one is injured and gaining weight back. I went through that last year when I fractured my foot and had to wear a foot brace for about half a year. Gained a lot of weight back, as well.

    Keep your thoughts positive and stay committed. On days I don't feel strong I come here and read Sparkpages and blogs. I also find a lot of motivation on Pinterest... Search the health and fitness category. You can do it!

    I'm in the same boat!
    I was diagnosed with a dreadful condition in September and I've stopped routinely exercises. I have also been overeating a lot and now I'm in two weeks of finals! I'm too afraid to weigh myself lol. The fact my pants feel tighter I know I've gained weight.

    I'm trying to get back on track exercising frequently, and I'm trying to keep a strict food journal.

    Joining a spark team is actually helpful. Join Valentine challenge 2014 if you are looking for an active group.
