A little this and that...

Supper, what to make again. Had a few things in the fridge that alone wouldn't make much, but together it was GREAT!
This serves 2.
Melt 2 TBSP butter or use olive oil
Add to this: 1/2 diced onion
1 small diced zucchini
5 brussel sprouts, fresh, sliced
3 white mushrooms, sliced
Sauté until almost done, then add 2 TBSP craisons (cranberry raisins) 2 TBSP chopped walnuts.
The brussel sprouts flavor is masked by the other items, in case this is not one of your favorite veggies.
