December thoughts....

OK Christmas is over. All the sweets have been discarded or sent home with others. I'm rethinking my healthier life earlier this year. Note the date. New Year soon to start and changes need to happen! I've been on vacation for two weeks and not returning to work until January 6, 2014 so have plenty of time to reorganize and get an active and consistent plan in motion.

I leisurely started my day with Pinterest and coffee....because I am on vacation!
Next plan of attack is enjoying a bowl of oatmeal and then getting on my treadmill for at least 30 minutes. I want to be more consistent (key word) and focus on doing things that will make me feel healthier. Each day while I am home am working on a home project, healthy game plan and sticking to my daily list of tasks.

Day 1 and thinking about day 2.....
