Haggis, the national dish of Scotland take the heart, liver, lungs & small intestine of a calf of sheep, boil them in the stomach of the animal, season with salt, pepper & onions, add suet & oatmeal. Enjoy!

    I've heard of it in a few on my series of books I read. Hamish MacBeth series & I've even heard of it on The Cat Who series.
    But I too am not in any hurry to try it!
