I bought a body fat scale

Monday, December 30, 2013

Over the weekend, while grocery shopping and stocking up on healthy foods for the house, I noticed a neat body fat analysis scale in one of the aisles. So, I bought it.

The last time I had my BMI measured it was bad. That makes me a little nervous to see what this one says. I'm sure it will be awful. Haven't stepped on a scale in about 6 months.

It's currently still in the box.

Been looking at exercise equipment because this month we are moving to the larger apartment directly above us and setting up an office/exercise room. Maybe I can find a good place for my scale to get me motivated.

Congrats on the new purchase. I weigh in once a week and I generally know whether it is going to show an increase or a decrease. I try not to let the number affect my mood, but it does help make me honest too!

I use the scale to keep me honest - it helps me know what I have to do. But I would not do that if I had a better way of measuring my gains and losses.
