A Fresh Start Goals & Strategies for January 2014

Restarted my determination on 12/27/2013 and then came down with great niece and nephews Christmas colds. I find as I get older colds are a lot harder to get rid of and this one is no exception. While getting through this, I'm working on my goals and strategy for 2014.
1. Lose 5 lbs by 1/13/2014...down -1.2 currently
2. Exercise daily
a. Treadmill 30 minutes
b. 6 Minute Morning Workout Book
3. Water 8+ and limit/cut mountain dew intake
4. Journal everything
5. Practice Beck Diet Solution and start at the beginning & do all homework
Goals for 1/1 - 1/15/2014 and then will add
6. 5+ fruits and veggies
7. Use my Fitbit every day!
