Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's Eve, and a great start to 2014! I'm going to do my best to keep my blog here updated. I need to write updates and just "in general" posts more often.

Getting back into a routine slowly. My weight has stayed the same, even was back down to 135 for a few days. I tend to stick between 135 and 140 which is good for me. Need to work on consistency with my workouts. I slacked off for a bit there.

Will start with the updates very soon, and will try to stay updated from now on.
