Week 1 - Action Words

This blog was really hard! I have found many things I need to figure out!
Mindset: Setting your mind on what you want and going for it.
At this point in my journey, I’m having a little trouble getting my head into the game, because my old style of dieting is no longer working for me. I want to be the healthiest I can be without going too far.
Support: Journeys are almost impossible without support. I want to learn from my teammates and also be an encouragement to others.
Visualization: It’s hard to know where you are going without an idea of where you are going. Right now, I don’t have a good idea of where I am going exactly.
Acceptance: Accept nothing! OK, actually I would kind of like to be able to accept myself as I am, but this is a daily struggle.
Obstacles: Not insurmountable!
Time Management: Helps me fit ALL of the things I value into my week – work, cleaning, friends, exercise, food, and relaxation. All of these things need to be balanced, because when one gets out of balance, I get out of balance.
Beyond Comfort: Right now, everything in this journey is beyond comfort.
Stress Management: Long hot baths and good music provide my favorite kind of stress relief.
Rewards: I don’t really utilize rewards much.
