How many times do we "start over", or is it that we never stop continuing to achieve that magic number? I have lost 30 pounds and have kept it off since last year, but still want to SEE that elusive number on a scale. To me, that number is a true indication of my physical health. The quest continues.....

    I finally had to change my focus from what the scale was telling me (which I had little control over) to the choices I DID have control over (Yes, I CAN eat 2 servings of vegetables today. Yes, I CAN add 10 minutes to my exercises this week). I found that when I focused on the healthy choices I COULD control the weight loss eventually caught up with me.

    We "start over" ALL THE TIME!
    I would LOVE to LOSE 30 lbs.; BUT...I would SETTLE for 10! emoticon emoticon
