Day 5 Combat

Today we did the Plyo HIIT 2 of Les Mills Combat. It was definitely a good workout. I like the squats with the running, the side plank or hover, and the energy involved in these workouts. I like the ones for cardio a bit more than the HIIT as my personal preference. I love all the punching and kicking and the variety from the mixed martial arts. I know we are only on day 5, but I really look forward to these workouts. Maybe I am just excited to have something new this year, but I enjoy theses workouts so much. Yeah! I needed something to motivate me again and found it. I also like following a schedule and checking it off. I have been just doing whatever dvd's I felt like since I finished the Insanity schedule last October.
