BTS Goals, Updated

1. Increased physical fitness
I have been exercising too sporadically. I will start taking a walk after work on the days I can't get to the gym or the ski hill.

2. Increased fruit and veg
I've been eating lots of oranges. Last night, I realized that I really like peppers (hadn't had one in a while). I will keep more peppers on hand for easy snacking.

3. Utilizing Spark
I have not been on here enough! I will stop by on both days this weekend.

4. Regular meals
Actually, I've been doing pretty well with this goal.

5. Special weekend goal
I've going to try to give myself a weekend vacation from sugar. I think that would feel good. And it might give me a brain boost - I've been feeling like a big lazy failure lately.
