What a great feeling!

I have exercised every day this week so far (including today) and I feel great! I've had a few days of soreness in different muscles groups but overall it hasn't been that bad. :)
My technique this time (while losing these 15-20 lbs) is to keep things VERY varied. I am doing lots of different workouts (thank you, YouTube!!) and it's been motivating to know I won't be bored. I will share all the cardio and strength routines I did this week on Monday, as well as my progress report on weight.
I have also been cutting calories while upping water, fruits, and veg. I was REALLY hungry on Monday and Tuesday but do you know that by Wednesday I was MUCH more satisfied on less (even though I was working hard). This is just what happened when I changed my lifestyle in 2006/2007.
I'm weighing myself daily but it has only moved a bit, which is kind of discouraging BUT I know that I am gaining muscle at the same time I am losing fat so I KNOW the scale will show that...eventually. ;)
