What is the "golden rule" for weight loss?

a. -----macronutrients must be in perfect balance

b------ you must exercise 60 minutes per day, 7 days a week

c------ calories out must exceed calories in

d------you must drink 2 gallon of water per day

e-------you must drink green tea with every meal

I can get figure out a few are not right but not sure of others
