My workouts *Jan 20-26*

I rocked the gym (aka my livingroom) last week! ;) I did a bunch of cardio and almost as much strength training. We have youtube on our tv, through our wii, so I am able to find all kinds of workouts on there! I have really enjoyed the variety.
I only lost one pound (incredibly) but I am fairly certain it's because of all the muscle I am gaining, rather than the lack of fat I'm losing...but I'd really like to see the scale move more. :P
My goal is to lose 20 lbs in 15 weeks. ~One week down, fourteen to go!~
