Well, after a rest day yesterday, I am about ready to head out that door for my around the block to get my 2000 steps before noon. Yesterday I was very tired and thought, well, that's good enough for today. Then on my Start page I have that little box "Exercise at least 10 minutes". I didn't want to break my streak, so out the door I went. It was a slow walk, but it was over 10 minutes. Oh those silly motivators do work!

Here is yesterday's stats.
