As I'm re-kindling my Spark growing stronger making better food and drink choices everyday realization that I'm also fighting my own demons is a uplifting revelation. I feel the need to write this is to encourage myself at a time when I need to squash self

My husband who's in his 40's of two yrs marriage, his ankle was bothering him swelling for no apparent reason went to Dr, no breaks was told to go home ice/heat. Five days later admitted to hospital for acute kidney failure. BP was 225/112, his protein level was 3.9 rising if it got to 5 dialysis. The first 24 hrs they told us he might not make it, 8 days later he was released out of the hospital, but not out of the woods. He has a Dr apmt this next week and lab work to see how things are going.

They don't know what caused this sudden health problem for a person who's never been sick a day nor ever been in a hospital. I've talked to three persons who have someone in their families this has happened to all under 40 some in their 20's they were told it's a type of virus. (?) Hoping & praying for positive news as lifestyle changes are already underway.
