2013 and what`s ahead for 2014

A spark friend of mine made a comment about writing about my 2013 and my goals for this year...so here goes!!
In January of last year we moved to our new house..which was great..finally a place to call my own, but it also brought 5 months of communting my kids to their schools which consisited of me being on a bus almost 4 hours a day. By the 3rd month I began experiencing lower back pains. I was certain it had to be due to the bouncing around on the bus....and 2 weeks after school was out my back was back to normal..thank goodness, but that also meant 2 months without much exercise:( Luckily I did not gain and continued maintaining. I am happy to have been able to maintain my weight for about 1 1/2 years. I really have not had any problems with gaining. Could it be that it took me 3 1/2 years to lose all the weight..I don`t know!!
I finally posted my current weight photo too..from 205 lbs down to 141 lbs...64 pounds GONE!!! Hard work and never giving up!!
Fast forward to 2014.....I am getting in tons and tons of walking these days...my kids have been split up between the morning and afternoon until the next school year. My day starts at 6am and ends by 9pm!!! I am working right now on getting to bed as early as possible so I am able to make it through my days.
Now that we finally have internet service I plan on taking advantage of all the exercise videos on youtube...a different video each day..one of cardio and strength every other day. My goal for this year is to start running and also get my kids involved in exercise on a daily basis....they have scooters, inline skates and bikes so lots to chose from. We have a large park by our house that has paths to run and to play!!!! I would love my husband to be involved but he is not the execising kind and works too much to join us. And doesnt need to lose any weight.
