I listened to the Spark coach entry on procrastination, and saving time today. I recognize a lot of procrastination in my life. I remember journaling well .. I was overweight in my 40's, let's hope I'll be better in my 50's. I don't want to go through my 50's as overweight as I did in my 40's. This year I'll turn 60, and omg if I didn't procrastinate my weight loss, healthy lifestyle for the past decade.

Stopping procrastination is a key step to weight loss. This is huge. Oh, and first time in my life, I have to do 2 years of taxes this year, we didn't file last year. I've just won a crown in the procrastinators court I think. I recognize this, so I can change this.

As I went through the how to find extra hours in the day articles, I realized my blessings. I don't have 5 kids needing my time, I can commit to caring for myself, I have me time .. And this is the year of me.
