Challenge begins at FRCC tomorrow 3.3.2014
Everyone put in $5.00 and can accumulate a point for each item listed per day.
At the end of March, whoever has most points wins 1st or 2nd place.
Drink (8) 8 oz glasses of water or drink 1/2 your weight in water.
No pop today. Diet or regular.
30 minutes or more of exercise
Eat 3 servings of veggies
Eat 3 serving of fruits
Get 7 hours of sleep
Do an activity at lunch (at least 10 minutes of walking or stairs)
Take the stairs instead of the elevators at least twice
No sweets today
No alcohol today
Eat all your food from home
Take 2 - 5 minute breathe and stretch breaks
Take a multivitamin
Eat 2 healthy snacks
Possible 15 points daily
