Back in 2006 I tried working out with The Firm DVDs. Now in 2014 I'm doing the whole thing. I can honestly say to myself that I'm proud of the work that I am doing. I'm not sure how many calories I'm burning tho.
You could get a fitbit or the Sparkpeople version of it...you just plug in your info on your computer, then you wear the little device all day like on your pocket or shoe or something (I wear mine on my bra lol) and it counts your steps your calories burned and all kinds of stuff for the day! It's a HUGE help for me, I finally broke down and got one at the end of last year and I'm so glad I did. 2629 days ago
