Every day I will:
1. Log in every day to Spark People. Done
2. Weigh myself every morning 149.4
3. Exercise 15 minutes daily
4. Write something in Journal to plan meals and record thoughts
I lost .2 pounds!! Gotta celebrate small victories!!
Trying to stay strong. maybe I should go back to Weight Watchers?
Why am I sometimes in control and other times not?
