A friend introduced me to this DVD workout and while cleaning at home found that I had purchased the book years ago. I must have carried it with me because had water damage from a water bottle tipping in my bag (it all came back to me).
Week one is working on the intentional eating habit
Mission 1: Say grace and be present at my meal
Mission 2: Get hungry and understand true hunger
Mission 3: Food is not love
Mission 4: Food is not background music
Mission 5: If it doesn't taste good, don't eat it
Mission 6: Eat for the future and plan ahead
Mission 7: The PERFECT support system
Daily walking and stretching routines
I'm starting my new job in one week on the 17th and want to start a routine and continue with it. Still working on my FRCC Challenge. You go girl!
