OK
1. Log in every day to Spark People. YES
2. Weigh myself every morning 149.6
3. Exercise 15 minutes daily yes
4. Write something in Journal to plan meals and record thoughts Yes

Went out to eat and slid backwards as far as my diet goes. Took 2 days to get back on track. It definitely was not worth it!
