Well juice fast with my son is not in my favor. He has lost 17 pounds me 2. Of course he is 21 6'4". Men lose faster and more. Plus I have been dieting most of my life. I'm going to tweak my plan. I will add body by vi protein mix to my shakes. I know it's not on the plan, but no energy on my 10 hour work days is not on the plan either. What does everyone think?

    I agree with you about adding protein. It is your plan and you have to tweak the journey for the success that you need. Since you are working 10 hour days and probably not as much rest, you need something to get you through. Are you doing any exercise and are your bowels eliminating properly. Also add some water and a little oil or chia seeds. Let me know how this is working for you. Have a great day
