2014 Spring 5% Challenge Commitments

Exercise commitment:

I commit to do 250 minutes of exercises per week. I will strategically use my two 15 min. breaks at work plus my lunch hour to squeeze in exercises.

Nutritional Plan:

I will eat as per the Canadian Health Food Guide, modified to suit my needs, which means:

4 servings of fruits
2 or + servings of vegetables
3 servings of dairy products
4 servings of grain products
3 servings of meat and alternatives

Wisely choose my sources of fat!
Wisely choose my occasional deserts!
