IT HAS BEEN IN THE 60S AND 70S THIS WEEK TONIGHT IT SUPPOSE TO GET DOWN TO 29 DEGREES.. IT IS ALREADY GETTING COLD AND WINDY. emoticon emoticon I THOUGHT WE WERE FINISH WITH COLD FREEZING WEATHER. I HAVE BEEN AFRAID SOME OF MY PAIN COULD BE FROM PAD OR VEINS. EITHER WAY ALL THE ARTICLES I HAVE READ SAYS EXERCISE/WALKING IS GOOD FOR YOU. BUT IT IS HARD. I THINK I CAN WALK EASIER THAN I CAN DO A VIDEO. I ENJOY READING EVERYONES BLOG THEY ARE NOT ONLY INSPIRING BUT INFORMATIVE AND ENCOURAGING. emoticon

    Walking is very good exercise. Just start with a pace & distance that is comfortable for you. I will keep you in my prayers for some relief from the pain.

    We are having the same weather here. It's been in the 70s the last week, but this morning when I went to get the papers there was ice on the puddles from yesterday's rain.

    Try using organic cold pressed coconut oil in some tea and you will find that it helps with arthritis, that is what I use for mine. Works great and there is no side affects except on and that it seems to help with weight loss.
